Open Day and Club 2 day Meeting 15/16 March 2025
The Warlords has the space in the Johnsonville club for both Saturday and Sunday on the 15th and 16th of March 2025.
Normal club opening times on both days, if you have a longer game you can go past 5pm on the Saturday but we want to be all done by 5pm on the Sunday.
On the Saturday the key events are:

Visually Appealing games
Tournaments
Bring and Buy table
For the open day we want to invite guests to come along and see some games. Please reach out to your non member friends to invite them. All guests will need to be signed in but we will do what we can to make this as easy as possible.
Due to this we need games on the Saturday to be as visually appealing as possible. So whether it is a demo game, or just a large game with all painting models that is fine.
We also have space for smaller 1 day or 2 day tournaments. But fully painted models will be required.
The Saturday will also feature a bring and buy table, so dig through your collection for things to sell. If you 3D print stuff, start working on what to sell.
Games can go longer than the usual 5pm as needed.
Sunday:
More relaxed, regular games
Long games that started on the Saturday can continue
Day 2 of tournaments or a 1 day tournament
A registration form is below for members to book a game, tournament etc. space is limited so we need to ration things. We may also be a bit squished. The committee is working out access on the Friday night to move all the chairs around and make more space. Please do what you can to help us spread the word about the club and have a great weekend.
If you register a game below, we just need the game itself registered - eg a 4 player game on a standard 6x4 of Stargrave, or a 10 person Killteam event. Individual players will register with you directly.
All tournaments are free to warlords members (unless you want to charge and all funds charged to members go to prizes), but for non members playing a tournament, its $15 for one day and $25 for 2 day tournaments.
