Double Club Meetings

3 times in the year we will have a double meeting across the Saturday and Sunday.

The dates for the next year are:

• 15/16 November 2025

• 21/22 February 2026

• 16/17 May 2026

• 17/18 October 2026

Details:

Normal club opening times on both days, if you have a longer game you can go past 5pm on the Saturday but we want to be all done by 5pm on the Sunday. We will note for each event if we can stay open later or not on the Saturday.

So a great option for a 2 day game, a sunday game, tournament etc.

A registration form is below for members to book a game, tournament etc.

Bookings are essential due to the tournament space.

If you register a game below, we just need the game itself registered - eg a 4 player game on a standard 6x4 of Stargrave, or a 10 person Killteam event. Individual players will register with you directly.

All tournaments are free to warlords members (unless you want to charge and all funds charged to members go to prizes), but for non members playing a tournament, its $15 for one day and $25 for 2 day tournaments.

You do not need to use this form to book for a regular club meeting.
