Event & Resource Booking

Please fill in the booking form below for 2 day weekend meeting bookings, as requested to ensure space is available when we have a larger one day event booked, or if you want to call “dibs” on a specific club resource at any meeting (such as the Kill Team sets, Boarding actions, etc.)

2 Day CLUB Meetings

3 times in the year we will have 2 day meeting weekends with meetings on both the Saturday and Sunday.

These are intended for if club members want to run larger events, or schedule 2 days of gaming for say a narrative event. Therefore booking of games for these weekends is required to make sure we have capacity.

2 Day Meeting Dates for 2026:

• 21/22 February 2026

• 16/17 May 2026

• 17/18 October 2026

2 Day Meeting Details:

• Bookings are essential due to the tournament space. A registration form is below for members to book a game, tournament etc.

• Normal club opening times on both days, if you have a longer game you can go past 5pm on the Saturday but we want to be all done by 5pm on the Sunday. We will note for each event if we can stay open later or not on the Saturday.

• So a great option for a 2 day game, a Sunday game, tournament etc.

• If you register a game below, we just need the game itself registered - eg a 4 player game on a standard 6x4 of Stargrave, or a 10 person Killteam event. Individual players will register with you directly.

• Except where there is an advertised overhead charged for prizes, all tournaments are free to warlords members, and $15 for one day or $25 for 2 days for non-members. All funds charged are to go to prizes unless agreed prior with the committee, and advised as part of the event.
