AGM 2021
This will be held on Sat 6 February at the club at 12.00pm.
Meeting on Sat 17 October is Postponed a Week
Due to the use of the Church hall for the General Election on Sat 17 October, the Warlords meeting scheduled on that date is postponed a week later to Sat 24 October.
Coronavirus Impact

Club meetings will resume on Sat 30 May due to the lifting of Covid 2 restrictions.

Committee Notice - Warlords Meetings Under Covid 19 level 2
From 14 May New Zealand will move into level 2 management of the Covid 19 pandemic. The regulations on events (going to a place where people gather) limits the numbers to 10 people and a duration of 2 hours. We don’t think its practical to run meetings in 2 hour segments with a 10 person cap so meetings will continue to remain suspended.
The committee will continue to monitor changes in the regulations and will update members on the status of meetings when more information becomes available.

Warlords meetings are now cancelled for the immediate future due to Coronavirus.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise any changes in this policy with further updates via the website and emails to members.
At this time Call to Arms is still planned for August, but this could obviously change.
We will update this site the moment we know of any changes.

Club AGM 2020
The AGM will be held at noon on Saturday 1 February 2020.
The 2019 accounts will be emailed out to all members 7-10 days beforehand.
Subs can be paid to the Treasurer on the day or deposited directly into the club account.
